• How far are you from the centre of Riccione?

The Adelphi Hotel is 10-15 minutes walk from the Dante Boulevard, the shopping road that leads to Ceccarini Boulevard in the centre of Riccione. The centre is around 2 Km far. We are located in a peaceful and green area.

• How far is the Beach from the Hotel?

You just have to cross the road and you feet will be on the sand!

• What are your Check in and Check out timetables?

The rooms will be available to the guests from 12.30 pm of the day of arrival until 10.00 am of the day of departure.
If you arrive before in order to avoid the traffic…you don’t have to worry, we will be very happy to accommodate you while you drink a coffee or fruit juice… and a quick snack, we will be able to do all the formalities… (like documents, menu and so on), you will be able to leave your luggage and you will be able to use the change rooms to get ready to go immediately to the sea or swimming pool so that you will not loose any holiday time!

• What type of menu does the hotel restaurant offer?

At the Restaurant you will be able to choose between three menus between meat, fish and vegetables and also there will be a buffet with appetizers, side dishes, fresh fruit and desserts.

• What are the meal timetables?

The Timetables are flexible; the breakfast will be served from 7.30 am to 10.00 am at the breakfast hall that is situated at the last floor of the Adelphi Hotel (SEA VIEW)

• If I don’t arrive in time for breakfast, will I loose it?

If you will be glued in bed until late morning, don’t worry because there will be always someone available that will prepare for you a small breakfast at the coffee bar, with an espresso coffee and croissant.

• Why do I have to send the deposit? What is it for?

The security deposit is a guarantee for the client and for the hotel: it protects the hotel in case the guest will not turn up and it obliges the same hotel to book a room for the holiday period required by the guest.

• If I have some problems after I have already booked and sent the deposit so that I will not be able to come any more for my holidays, what happens? Will I loose Everything???

If we will let us know up to 10 days prior your stay, your deposit will be still valid for another holiday, yours or even for your friends and family; if you prefer to get the deposit back we will withhold 30,00 Euros for the administration expenses.
If you will let us know between 10 to 3 days from the arrival date, you will loose half of the deposit; from 3 days before the arrival the deposit will be withheld completely.

• Do you have an internet connection?? How does it work?

We have a Wi-Fi internet connection in the lobby and bar area but the signal reaches also the rooms. The connection is free…so ask us the password and you will be able to start surfing on the web.

• I saw a library, are the books available for the guests, can we take them?

In the Hall area you will find the EXCHANGE LIBRARY available for all the guest that has books and texts… even in other languages that you will be able to read during your stay…you will also be able to exchange a book you already read with a new one…So you wont have to bring a suitcase full of books!!

• But are there books for our children??

We have also thought about out little guests… In the area for children, the Mini Club situated at the floor under the bar and reception, there is an entire library for them with books for kids and stories.

• Do you have a mini club??? What are the timetables?

The Mini club area is a place designed for children with games, colours and lots of paper, books, protected TV with cartoons for the evening. Our animator will play with them during the meals from 12.00 noon and 03.00 pm and from 06.45 pm to 9.30 pm.

• Is there an age limit for the mini club, can all children enter????

All children can enter and play. The children up to 5 years have to be supervised by a parent. We also want to remind parents that it’s an animation service and not a baby sitting one so children are always under the responsibility of the parents.

• How deep is the swimming pool? Is the water cold?

The swimming pool of the Adelphi Hotel is heated in the colder months of the season.

• What is the swimming pool’s timetable?

The swimming pool is open from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm and from 03.30 pm to 07.00 pm during the summer season.

• What should we bring for the children? Side rails for the bed? Small beds? Highchairs?

The Adelphi Hotel has everything so that you will have to bring as little as possible. We have rails for the bed, camping beds, small basins for the baby bath, bicycles with child bicycle seats and pushchairs if available (we have quite a few but not a limitless number!)

• At what time do you close in the evening/night?

The Reception and bar are open 24 hours: the night porter will be available for any need.

• Are there ice-cream places, penny arcades and shops close to the Hotel?

Yes everything is here very close to the hotel, the shops and penny arcades will be open from 09.00 am to 12 midnight.

• Are you close to the inland nightclubs?

We are very close, just a few kilometres from the Riccione hills were you will find the best nightclubs of Italy. Even our city centre is very lively thanks to the exclusive Ceccarini and Dante promenades with Pubs, Coffee Bars, Ice-Cream places, Restaurants and lots more..

• Are you close to the Marano nightclubs?

The most trendy nightclubs of Riccione situated on the Marano beach are only 500 meters from our Hotel. These are just some of them: Operà, Beach Café, Mojito Beach, Beach Paradise, Hakuna Matata and many others.

• Does the Hotel accept animals?

Small and medium size pets are welcome if you will tell us in advance. You will not be allowed to leave them on their own in the Hotel and they will not be able to come with you at the restaurant hall and swimming pool.
