How making a delicious carrot cake in Adelphi Hotel style
Every morning at the Hotel ADELPHI in Riccione, in its panoramic sea view room,
you can enjoy one of the delicious homemade cakes made by chef GENE :)
One of the desserts that is undoubtedly most successful,
it's CARROT CAKE !
Do you want to know its secrets? Here we are, we are ready to reveal our recipe to you.
First of all, find all the necessary ingredients such as:
250 gr. carrots
3 eggs
200 gr. sugar
200 gr. flour
100 g almond flour (or chopped almonds)
80ml. sunflower oil
10 gr. yeast
100ml. orange juice
Start by chopping the carrots and mixing them together with the orange juice.
Then mix the eggs with sugar, then add orange juice, flour, yeast
and the rest of the ingredients.
Mix everything well, bake for 35/40 minutes at 160° degrees and the carrot cake
in Hotel Adelphi Riccione style will be ready!

As every year, we did spend our summer holidays in the Adelphi Hotel in Riccione from end of June until the 7th of July.As always the staff were very friendly and the food excellent. We had a wonderful vacation and will of course go back next year. Thank you Nicole, Giuliano and the whole staff.
