We of the Adelphi Hotel Riccione, in your week of relaxation and games, we'll let you eat it as you like. Loved by adults and children, you can enjoy if for a snack with nutella or for dinner, as we like, with ham, rocket and "stracchino" or as you prefer!
The Piadina Romagnola is delicious with everything: grilled vegetables, sausage and onion, potatoes and mozzarella, gratinates .. you can put in any ingredient and you'll see .. it will be delicious!
She is Romagna , she is home, she is harmony of flavors, she is the only, unique and inimitable Piadina Romagnola!
While we wait for you, we show you our recipe for 10 delicious piadinas:
_1 kg of flour
_20 grams of salt
_200 grams of pork lard
_1 pinch of Bicarbonate
_that water is needed to obtain a dough of the right consistency
Mix all the ingredients; once mixed, divide the dough into ten pieces and roll them out with a rolling pin to obtain a round shape of about 20 cm in diameter and put them to cook on a iron pan.
Turn over often pricking the surface with the tip of a fork and ... Enjoy your meal!

SEE ALL Friendly, fun and functional
We stayed 5 nights in Adelphi and picked it for its location and pool. Both were excellent as well as the service. Majority of the guests seem to be Italian, but staff speaks very good English and was very helpful. Ground floor has kids' play area, lounge and bikes to borrow without extra charge. Room was modest with all the basics in place. Ours had a small balcony to the alley, and there was some noise in the evenings from the road. Elevator is small and often crowded. Breakfast room had great view, but was getting very hot after 9 am. The buffet restaurant was very popular and sometimes so crowded we opted to eat opposite to the hotel in the Trattoria serving very good seafood dishes. Ice cream bar just around the corner, so what more can you ask for Italian beach holiday?
